The contractor shall perform visual information services, in a secure and timely manner, at McGuire AFB, and all authorized Tenant Units, in accordance with commercial standards, all local, state, and federal laws, and the requirements of the contract. The contractor's responsibility includes, but is not limited to, visual information management, visual information assistance, high interest photography, environmental control, facilities maintenance, graphic; visualization; and self-help graphics services, production and management of compact disk recording library, set-up and operation of services presentations, equipment, and software maintenance, and emergency services. The contractor is responsible for maintaining a large amount of Government-furnished property/equipment. This acquisition is set aside 100% for small business sources and has standard industrial classification codes of 7335 and 7336 with a dollar value of $5M. Performance-price trade-off, and technical capability will be the factors employed in the evaluation of proposals. This acquisition has a performance period which includes a Base Year and three (3) Option years. Performance is expected to begin on or about 01 April 2000. The solicitation will be released on or about 07 February 2000. A site visit will be on or about 16 February 2000, and written response by e-mail only, of your intentions to attend is required.
