The solicitation will be issued on 26 Jan 00 and offers will be due no later than 3:00 PM, local time, on 11 Jan 00. This solicitation will be acquired under Small Acquisition Procedures (SAP). The magnitude of this project is $25,000.00 to $100,000.00 with a performance period of 30 calendar days. The work will consist of remove and replace new valves 1-5 as showing in Figure 5 of the Operating and Servicing Manual, new diverter header, diverter assembly, filtration media and lateral assembly in both tanks. The contractor shall also be required to remove and replace with new the linkage assembly and shall follow required preparation ofr initial operation procedures.
