The project consists essentially of, but is not limited to, the removal of asbestos-containing materials and other finishes and provision of new; removal of existing interior modular facilities and provision of new interior CMU block facilities; repair of drainage systems; repair and replacement of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, electrical and fire alarm equipment; provision of a new elevator; and associated work in support of construction. This solicitation is a Request for Proposal and is issued on an unrestricted basis to all firms registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 1541. All responsive offerors will be considered by the agency. The contract performance period is 365 calendar days. The project magnitude is between $1 million and $5 million.
