Contractor to perform small to medium size general construction requirements under a Job Order Contract (JOC) in the following listing of states for the period of one year with four one year option periods. The states include Massachusetts, Vermont, Maine, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Connecticut. Work consists of maintenance, repair, renovation, alteration and new construction and may include all construction disciplines. This is an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract. The Government guarantees a minimum ceiling of $300,000.00 and a maximum estimated ceiling of $5,000,000.00 for each period of performance. Pursuant to Section 8(a) of the Small Business Act, this is a competitive 8(a) procurement restricted to 89a) firms serviced by the Small Business Administration offices located in the six states listed above.
