THIS AMENDMENT IS BEING PUBLISHED TO ALERT INTERESTED OFFERORS THAT THIS ACTION IS BEING CHANGED TO A SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE AND ALSO TO INFORM THEM THAT SENIOR FLEXONICS, METAL BELLOWS DIV., SHARON, MA, THE SUGGESTED SOURCE OF SUPPLY FOR THE BELLOWS ASSY WHICH IS A MAJOR COMPONENT OF THIS REPAIR KIT, HAS INFORMED THE GOVERNMENT THAT THEY WILL SELL THE BELLOWS ASSY TO OTHER PARTIES INTERESTED IN RESPONDING TO THIS SOLICITATION. The Repair Kit, Hydraulic Power Pack consists of a Bellows Assy, two packings, suction strainer, tube assy, two adapters, washer and No. 4 wire. The Bellows approximate outside dimensions are 11 inches x 7 inches; manufactured from cres., type per ASTM A693.The O.D. bore is 8.25 inches x 8.55 stroke with a volume of 400 inches. Any award resulting from this solicitation will be an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract with five pricing periods. The minimum guaranteed quantity is 30 each. The maximum quantity is 350 each. All or a part of this action is an unfunded FY00 requirement. First article testing is required. FOB is Destination.
