Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), New York Contracting Branch is issuing Request for Quotations (RFQ) Number R-NYC-00545 for the supply and delivery of approximately thirty eight (38) Covert Audio Transmittal Equipment, (Audio Intelligence Devices or equivalent) to the New York State Office. The HUD-OIG requires that the majority of the covert transmitters are synthesized, and can be reprogrammed by the user without having to send the unit back to the manufacturer. Delivery shall be on or about 30 days ARO . This solicitation is issued as unrestricted. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency. An award will be made to the responsive and responsible offeror, whose offer conforming to this RFQ offers the best value to the government. The best value will be based on price, capability to provide required equipment and past performance. The Request for Quotation will be issued on February 2, 2000 at HUD's New York office located at 26 Federal Plaza, Room 35-120, NY. Only faxed or written requests will be honored.
