The Defense Commissary Agency, Fort Lee, Virginia is seeking sources for acquisition of Sensormatic closed circuit and exception monitoring specific parts, maintenance and services. (1) The Sensormatic parts are to be used to repair/replace items of equipment in existing Sensormatic systems located throughout the Continental United States, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Equipment to be acquired will be of the same capacity and durability as that used in large supermarket operations. (2) Maintenance is to be provided for a period of approximately 19 months, beginning March 2000 through September 30, 2001. Contractor must be able to be supported by a nationwide service organization that will provide needed service 7 days a week, with a next-business-day response time. (3) Must be Sensormatic certified contractor to provide support various locations for relocating existing equipment caused by renovation projects, store closures, and store resets of sales floor.
