NASA/SSC plans to issue a Request for Offers (RFO) for 45,000 lbms of 90% concentration (+/-1%)of high purity, rocket grade Hydrogen Peroxide and a Storage Vessel. The specifications will be included in the solicitation document. This procurement is being conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR PART 12. This procurement is a total small business set-aside. See Note 1. The SIC Code and Size Standard are 2899 and 500, respectively. The DPAS Rating for this procurement is DO-C9e. The anticipated release date of RFO 13-SSC-O-00-4 is on or about February 10, 2000 with an anticipated offer due date of on or about February 25.
