The government intends to negotiate with the EA Engineering, Science, and Technology, an engineering firm in Baltimore, Maryland for the continuation of critical architectural engineering service. Negotiations will be to continue the performance of engineering and environmental technical support and design services. This work will be for the completion of current project phases at Site 104, DCPS, W.R. Grace and Eastland Woolen Mill Site, located in various sites within the North Atlantic Division. Under a previous contract with the Baltimore District, EA Engineering, Science, and Technology performed 90% of the design. This action is to complete final design actuals for these current project phases. Liability will lie fully with EA Engineering, Science, and Technology.
