Contractor shall provide medical transcription services to Government beneficiaries, to include, but not limited to outpatient reports, operation reports, radiology reports, transfer and Air Evac summaries, consultations, medical evaluation boards, exercise stress tests, and letters. The prospective contractor shall provide these services in contractor-supplied facilities. Contractor services include furnishing all labor, reports, transcription of dictation, transportation, equipment and supplies for subject requirement. The period of performance will be from 1 Mar 00 through 30 Sep 00. Performance shall be in accordance with the requirements contained in the Statement Of Work (SOW). The proposed contract is subject to the Service Contract Act. Specific requirements and the SOW are provided in the solicitation package which will be available on or around 05 Feb 00.
