The Naval Medical Logistics Command has a requirement for Dentists, Dental Hygienists, and Dental Assistants at the Naval Dental Center Southwest (NDCSW), San Diego, CA and their associated Branch Dental Clinics (BDCs), Mobile Dental Vans and, Branch Dental Annexes(BDAs). Future requirements may include an expansion of the current requirement and expansion of services to include the Naval Dental Center, Camp Pendleton, CA. Expansion may further include General Dentists, Dental Hygienists, Dental Assistants, Periodontists, Prosthodontists, Oral/Maxillofacial Surgeons, Endodontists, and Orthodontics for other Federal activities including BDC Fallon, NV; BDC China Lake, CA; BDC Naval Station, Ventura County, CA; BDA Point Mugu, CA; BDC NAS Lemoore and BDA Flight Line Lemoore, CA; and, BDC Monterey, CA. The resulting contracts may be used by other DoD agencies in California, Nevada and Arizona in addition to the Navy. Multiple awards are contemplated. Personal services, firm fixed price, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity type contracts are contemplated. The minimum quantity anticipated for this procurement is: 70,992 hours of General Dentist services; 41,760 hours of Dental Hygienist services and 79,344 hours of Dental Assistant services. The maximum quantity is approximately 1,655,936 hours of services. See Numbered Note 1. The contract(s) will have a five year ordering period. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered. No RFPs will be mailed to offerors.
