The Health Resources and Services Administration intends to negotiate on a SOLE SOURCE basis with the National Assembly on School-Based Health Care, 666 11th Street, N.W., Washington, DC 20001. This procurement shall be processed in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures in Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations. The purpose of this procurement is to provide program development and support for the "Healthy Schools, Healthy Communities" (HSHC) annual Grantee meeting. The contractor shall: provide program development for the meeting (soliciting and reviewing workshop proposals, selecting the keynote speaker, organizing exhibit vendors, and providing conference materials to the grantees); and providing logistical support for the meeting. The National Assembly on School-Based Health Care is deemed the only responsible source capable of providing the required work and services. The period of performance is five and one/half months.
