Material is Cellulose Acetate Resin (Plasticied), mfg. by Tennessee Eastman with trade name of "TENITE 054E-2R300 H2". Plasticizer is mixture of approx. 34% triphenyl phosphate and 66% diethyl phthalate, consisting of approx 22 to 29% (by weight) of the cellulose acetate. Color is clear. Material is in manufacturer cartons consisting of 26 each "Gaylord" type containers. Material was delivered to Radford Army Ammunition Plant in approx Feb./March 1989.
