The General Services Administration (GSA), Pacific Rim Region is seeking interested and qualified Real Estate firms in providing Real Estate Broker Services. The Pacific Rim Region's geographical area of coverage includes the states of Arizona, Nevada, California and Hawaii. Commercial item procedures will be used in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 and General Services Administration Acquisition Manual (GSAM) Subchapter 570. The GSA anticipates awarding a Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract and anticipates the contract will be awarded with a one year base period with four (4) one-year option periods. Services under the contract shall include Lease Acquisition Services, which may include such services as (1) Developing Solicitation for Offers, (2) Preparing Lease Documents, and (3) Market Surveys. In addition, the contract shall include Menu Services, which may include such services as (1) Market Surveys, (2) Fire & Life Safety Surveys, (3) Lease Alterations, (4) Outleasing, and (5) Real Estate Tax Appeals. The GSA will evaluate offerors using source selection procedures, including at a minimum experience, past performance and price as evaluation factors for award. Solicitation No. GS-09P-00-KSD-0036 is anticipated to be issued on or around February 14, 2000 with an anticipated response date of March 15, 2000.
