Background "Project Number 990012 The scope of this project consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, appliances, devices and materials, and performing all operations necessary in connection with ""Repair/Seal Reservoir #5 Project No. ZHTV 990012"" including removals and miscellaneous work as herein specified and as shown, indicated, or noted on the drawings. Funds are not presently available for this project. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. Plaisted has been appointed as Ombudsman to hear concerns from offerors, or potential offerors, during the proposal development.
