Z -- The work includes demolition of existing fire water service laterals, fire sprinkler risers, and dry pipe fire sprinkler system, excavation, installation of new fire water service piping, backfill and compaction, removal of asbestos containing materials, removal of lead containing materials, miscellaneous patch and repair of gypsum wall board partitions and ceilings after removal of existing sprinkler heads and installation of new dry pipe pendant type sprinkler heads in office areas, flashing and sheet metal at penetrations in exterior walls, caulking of pipe fire rated assemblies, installation of new dry pipe fire sprinkler systems as indicated and miscellaneous electrical work, connections to fire alarm systems and incidental related work. WORK TO BE COMPLETED ON WAREHOUSES 402 AND 406 ONLY. Standard Industrial Classification Code is 1731. The related size standard is $7 MILLION.
