These terminals deliver critical, time sensitive battlefield targeting information to tactical commanders and intelligence nodes at all echelons of the Army, Navy and USMC. Any interested source shall demonstrate that they have the capability to deliver the FY00 equipment (and all subsequent options) within 10 months of contract award. This contract will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The government does not own drawings or production specifications to permit full and open competition. Interested sources for this effort who have the technical, production and program managerial experience in this type of work are invited to send a response describing, in detail, their ability to deliver the equipment.
