No. 26 Based upon market research the Government is not using the policies contained in FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercila Items in it's Solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may notify the contractiong officer of their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. The desired delivery is as follow: 50 each in 190 days with any remaining balance delivered at the rate of 50 every 30 days thereafter. The qty. variance is as follows: 1 -- 24, 25 -- 49, 50 -- 99, 100 -- 149, 150 -- 200. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered. It is anticipated that a Long Term, IQ type contract with 2 option years will result from this soliciation. The quantity will range from 1 each to 200 each, will be in effect for 365 days with 2 365 day options.
