The U.S. Army Proving Ground intends to award a contract on a Sole Source basis to Crossbow Technology, 41 E. Daggett Drive, San Jose, CA 95134 to purchase the following sensor upgrades consisting of (a) 9-Axis DMU with Roll, Pitch, and Heading Output; Part No. DMU-AHRS (Quantity 2). (b) Fiber Optic Gyro based DMU with Vertical Gyro output (Quantity 2). This acquisition shall be conducted under FAR, PART 12 and 13 using Simple Acquisition Procedures (SAP) for commercial items.
