Companies shall acknowledge all amendment(s) in their quote. This notice serves as the official amendment to subject synopsis/RFQ and a written amendment will not be issued. The purpose of this amendment is to include the quantity of 5 each and to insert the following: Watlow P/N 99-2207-RR or equal with the listed salient features. Offerors proposing equal products shall submit literature or other information to demonstrate how their product meets the cited specifications. All offerors are reminded that the FOB Point shall be destination. The due date for receipt of offers is extended to February 4, 2000 no later than 12:00 PM.
