However, the Government has determined to add Forrestal Village -- Phase 9 to this solicitation. Forrestal Village -- Phase 9 shall include design, construction and revitalization of 140 housing units. -- The estimated cost range for the combined project consisting of both phases is hereby changed from $8.5-$9.5 million to $21-$24 million.
