This is an Emergency Watershed Protection project on DSR No. EP-14, Stratmoor Sanitation. Items of work include mobilization and demobilization and approximately 1,530 tons of rock ripap. Estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. Performance time is 10 calendar days after issuance of a notice to proceed with work. No bid bond is required. Contractor awarded the contract will be required to provide an alternative payment security in the amount of 50% of the contract amount in the form of either a payment bond or an irrevocable letter of credit within 5 calendar days after award of contract.
