The rehab work will occur primarily in two different multi-family units types. The project includes 22 three bedroom units and 6 four bedroom units with a possibility of four optional, additional units. Exterior work will consist of, but not limited to, expansion of living areas, re-roofing, re-siding, new doors and windows, fencing, patios, carports, storage sheds, landscaping and utilities upgrade. Interior work includes, but is not limited to, all new: finishes, doors, cabinets, electrical, HVAC, telephones, CATV, and plumbing. Mechanical work includes replacement of equipment and new hot water re-circulating systems, new water supply and return lines. Site and landscape work includes minor grading, expanding parking areas, new concrete walkways, new asphalt trails, one playground, curbs and a bike/walking path. Workalso consists of abatement and disposal of existing asbestos removed under this contract. Contractor will coordinate with phone company and cable companies while completely installing underground CATV and telephone systems within each unit.
