Contractor shall furnish all labor, material and equipment necessary to raise an approximate 1,000 lineal feet of roadway from a local elevation of approximately 1149.0 to elevation 1155.0. The proposed roadway width is 24 feet wide. Contractor shall also furnish a 5 cell 12 foot by 12 foot reinforced precast concrete box. Additional work includes: site work; removing, replacing and supplying additional, as required, appurtenances such as guardrail, barrier posts, and erosion protection; removal of a bridge; salvage of the bridge deck; and disposal of the remainder of the bridge. The site of the work is at the Tewaukon National Wildlife Refuge, near Cayuga, North Dakota. The period of performance is 90 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bid, Payment and Performance bonds will be required. The Government Estimate is between $250,000 and $500,000. This project is open to both large and small businesses.
