DESC: Provide all supervision, plant, labor, equipment, and materials necessary to perform all work in connection with the removal of existing halon 1301 systems and the design and installation of clean agent fire suppression systems in identified buildings; located on Fort Drum in strict accordance with the Statement of Work, specifications, and drawings and subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. The contract type shall be "Firm Fixed Price Requirements Construction". This will be an unrestricted procurement issued under the authority of FAR Subpart 19.1006(b)(1), Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 1799. This procurement is estimated to be between $250,000 and $500,000. The anticipated issue/posting date will be on or about March 3, 2000. The DUE DATE for the solicitation shall be 30 days after actual issuance/posting on Fort Drum's Web Page. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which will be considered. The solicitation will not be mailed out and no Bidder's Mailing List (BML) will be maintained. The entire bid package will be available for downloading from the Fort Drum web page, no hard copies will be provided.
