Bidders interested in obtaining plans and specifications for this project must submit their request with a Certified Cashier's Check, or Money Order in the amount of $10.00 to Defense Automated Printing Service (DAPS), Box 40, Building 83, Naval Submarine Base New London, Groton, CT 06349-5040. Each check must be made payable to the Superintendent of Documents and annotated with the applicable solicitation number.
