The Industrial Operations Command (IOC) intends to award a sole source procurement to Lewis Engineering Co. for 89,500 each Grenade Body Assemblies and Pusher Plates. These items are in support of the M90 LVOSS Grenade and must meet a rigid delivery schedule of 13,000 pieces per month commencing 19 weeks after date of contract. This time frame includes approval of first article test samples. Deliveries shall be FOB Destination to Pine Bluff, AR. Authority for sole source procurement is 10 USC 2304 (c) (1) and FAR 6.302-1. This is a synopsis of intent to negotiate a sole source contract with Lewis Engineering Co. No solicitation package will be issued. Responsible sources who are interested in this procurement may respond by providing information that identifies their ability to provide these items within the time frame established.
