Fleet & Industrial Supply Center, Norfolk Naval Shipyard Annex, intends to procure various sizes and quantities of Heat Exchangers, in accordance with MIL-C-15730H(SH), dated 24 May 1995 and Amendment 1 dated 28 March 1997 along with applicable Provisioning Technical Documentation, Technical Manuals, and Grade "A" Performance, Shock and Vibration Testing. This requirement will be awarded as an indefinite-delivery/requirements type contract with a base ordering period of one (1) year with four (4) -- one (1) year options. Options will be evaluated with the base period. The base year and each option year will have an estimated order quantity of 10 each with a delivery date required of 20 weeks after receipt of delivery order. Delivery shall be FOB: Destination to Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth, VA 23709-5000. Closing date for receipt of offers will be specified in the Request for Proposal (RFP) when issued.
