Chambley, Contracting Officer, 757-443-1362 The Government intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed Contract with Fuji Medical Systems, USA, Inc. 419 West Avenue, Stamford, CT 06902 for service and maintenance of seven (7) FCR 5000 Image Readers as required by Naval Medical Center, Portsmouth, Virginia. The service and maintenance of Government owned equipment shall include on-site corrective repairs for all systems, subsystem components, and assemblies that were apart of the original system. Normal working hours are five days a week excluding holidays (7:00 A.M. to 5: 00 P.M. Monday through Friday) or 24-hour emergency service and routine preventive maintenance services to Government owned equipment. All maintenance provisions shall apply to hardware, firmware, and software.
