406-375-220-101-103, This requirement is for a quantity 35 each, in
accordance with Bell Helicopter Textron, Inc. part number applicable to
the AH-64 Aircraft. FOB Origin with a qty. 35 each to XU Trans Ofc, Red
River Army Depot, Texarkana, TX 75507-5000. This item is serial
numbered item. This part must be acquired from a manufacturing sources
specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by
the current version. Suitable technical data, Government data rights,
or manufacturing knowledge are not available to permit acquisition from
other sources, nor qualification testing of another part, nor use of a
second source part in the intended application. The qualification
procedures must be approved by the Government engineering activity have
jurisdiction over the part in the intended application. Sources of
supply for this part are BF Goodrich Avionics Systems, Grand Rapids, MI
49588-0873; Smith Industries Aerospace, Croydon, Surrey, UK CR90BD and
Bell Helicopter Textron, Inc., Fort Worth, TX 76101-0482. Authority
and Justification is 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1). This proposed contractual
action is for supplies which cannot be procured through full and open
competition because the authority cited states only a limited number of
responsible sources and no other supplies or services will satisfy the
Agency requirement, FAR 6.302-1. To obtain this solicitation package,

that recognize and can produce the required item described above are
encouraged to identify themselves to the Contracting Officer, and
provide supporting evidence which will permit their participation in

CSL or SAR information. This requirement is currently unfunded. Award
will bewithheld pending receipt of sufficient funds. All responsible
sources are encouraged to submit a proposal which shall be considered
