The VA Centralized Mail Outpatient Pharmacy (CMOP) in Leavenworth, KS is seeking a supplier for printer labels which are used on an Avery Model ALX-910 Label Machine, TEC printer B-572-QQ, Eltron TLP 2642 Printer, and Zebra 140XI-II Printer. These labels must stand up to high volume industrial applications. They are used for prescription bottle labels and shipping labels in a high speed automated process. Approximately 190,000 labels are run through each week. The successful offeror would be expected to keep adequate supply of the labels ready for shipment to cover sudden shifts is requirements. The solicitation will be requiring product samples accompany quotations. The solicitation will be issued on or before February 11, 2000 and quotations will be due to the contracting officer no later than 1:00 PM CST on March 17, 2000.
