First Article Testing (FAT) is a requirement with incremental deliveries of 8,000 per month after approval of FAT. Interested sources need to submit terms and conditions, delivery schedule for FAT and production quantities, commercial/noncommercial determination per FAR 2.101, warranty, and cost estimates for budgetary purposes only. There is not a firm requirement for this item. Participation in this effort is strictly voluntary with no cost or obligation to be incurred by the Government.
