This is a synposis/solicitation (RFQ-C2-00-0003) for two LeakTracker system 200 and two analyzer interface module in accordance with the format in Simplified Acquisition Procedures of FAR 12, subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document, incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-05. This is a sole source requirement in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b). EPA intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order (PO) for two Foxboro LeakTracker System 200 systems and two Foxboro analyzer interface modules. The following clauses and provisions apply: FAR 52.212-1, 52.212-3; shall be included with any offer, 52.212-4 and 52.212-5. EPA intends to award to The Foxboro Company, 38 Neponset Avenue, Foxboro, MA 02035. The closing date for RFQ-C2-00-0003 is February 14, 2000. The anticipated award date is February 15, 2000. Proposals for RFQ-C2-00-0003 are due by 10 A.M. MST on February 15, 2000.
