The following types of tests/surveillance are anticipated: Comprehensive Work and Medical History; Audiometric Work and Medical History; PA and Lateral Chest X-Ray; ILO Classification Form; Pulmonary Function Profile; Audiometric Examination; Visual Acuity; Blood Pressure; CBC with Differential Urinalysis; CBC with Differential, Blood Lead & ZPP; CBC with Differential, Cadmium Exposure Panel, Blood Cadmium, Urine Cadmium & Beta 2-Microglobulin, Urine; Workplace Clearance -- Respirator Usage, Heavy Metals, Lead; Height & Weight; Industrial Employee Reports -- STD Format Multiphase; Master Summaries -- STD Format Multiphase. A firm fixed-price Idefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract is anticipated with a Base Year and up to four option years.
