The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is soliciting for Real Estate Sales Closing services for single family properties located within the Central and South areas of the State of Georgia. Sales must be closed within a stipulated time frame and prompt and accurate payment of all closing charges made. Services include 10 year Lien and Judgment title searches, deed preparation and other associated duties. Complete closing packages must be submitted to HUD within 3 working days after closing. The contract will be for a base period from award through February 28, 2001, with four (4) option years. Proposals will be rated on technical merit. Contract start-up is expected to be May 1, 2000.
