The subject acquisition is for the installation of two (2) 20,000 gallon off-load tanks, replace existing off-load pumps, replace existing off-load stations and provide new pump controls and tank alarms. An optional line item may be the installation of the product recovery system for bulk fuel storage, including a recovery tank, leak detection system and related piping. Magnitude of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. This is a negotiated procurement and there will not be a public bid opening. The solicitation will be unrestricted. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered by this agency. The standard industrial classification (SIC) and small business size standard for this procurement is SIC 1711/$7 million. No paper copies of the solicitation will be available.
