The Industrial Operations Command (IOC) intends to award a sole source procurement to Tool Masters Inc. for 268,000 each Canister Bodies. this item is in support of the M90 LVOSS Grenade and must meet a rigid delivery schedule of 50,000 pieces per month commencing 60 days after date of contract. This time frame includes approval of first article test samples. Deliveries shall be FOB Destination, Pine Bluff, AR. Authority for sole source procurement is 10 USC 2304 (c) (1) and FAR 6.302-1. This is a synopsis of intent to negotiate a sole source contract with Tool Masters Inc. It is necessary for this item to interface with the already existing components at Pine Bluff Arsenal. No solicitation package will be issued. Responsible sources who are interested in this procurement may respond by providing information that identifies their ability to provide this item within the time frame established and can interface with existing components. Responses must be provided no later than (NLT) 08 Feb 00 by 1:00 PM local time; in order to ensure consideration.
