The Industrial Operations Command (IOC) intends to award a sole source procurement to Propellex Corporation for 89,500 each Propulsion Base Assemblies. This item is in support of the M90 LVOSS Grenade and must meet a rigid delivery schedule of 13,000 pieces per month commencing 19 weeks after date of contract. This time frame includes approval of first article test samples. Deliveries shall be FOB Destination, Pine Bluff, AR. Authority for sole source procurement is 10 USC 2304 (c) (1) and FAR 6.302-1. This is a synopsis of intent to negotiate a sole source contract with Propellex Corporation. No solicitation package will be issued. Responsible sources who are interested in this procurement may respond by providing information that identifies their ability to provide this item within the time frame established. Responses must be provided no later than (NLT) 08 Feb 00 by 1:00 PM local time; in order to ensure consideration.
