HQ, Industrial Operations Command has a requirement to procure 42,066 pounds of Sorbent Powder for Pine Bluff Arsenal, Pine Bluff, Arkansas. This requirement is in support of the M295 Decon Kit Project. This is not a request for responses. The government plans on awarding a firm fixed price contract.
