The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 8734 and the size standard is $5.0 million. This project consists of all tasks required to comply with Section A. Effluent Limitations and Monitoring Requirements of the NPDES permit for Naval Station Washington-Anacostia Annex (NSW-AA). The contractor will provide all labor, materials and equipment to accomplish the monitoring, equipment maintenance and calibration, laboratory analysis and reporting to satisfy the requirements outlined in the NPDES permit DC0000159. The length of this project is one year. The Navy owns the automatic samplers, pH meters and rain gauges that will be used in this project. Any additional equipment required shall be leased or purchased by the contractor and shall be included in the fee. The contractor will submit the completed Discharge Monitoring Reports, NPDES permit violations report and Monthly summary to the Naval District Washington and Engineering Field Activity Chesapeake by the 21st of the month following the monitoring. This project is located at Naval Station Washington, Anacostia Annex, Washington, DC. Award will be made considering the evaluation criteria of past performance and cost. The Request for Quote (RFQ) will be issued on or about 07 February 2000. The date scheduled for receipt of quotes is on or about 06 March 2000. The cost range is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00.
