The US Army Communications-Electronics Command (CECOM) proposes to acquire services for the maintenance of Line Replaceable Units for the AN/FRN-47, Distance Measuring Equipment. The services are to include Repairs, Spares, provide Technical Assistance and Training. This acquisition will result in a five (5) year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) type contract with Delivery Orders issued on a Firm Fixed Price or Time and Materials basis based on the specic effort. The method of acquisition will be competitive negotiation and the basis for award will be Best Value. This acquisition will be unrestricted, full and open competition.
