The Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) Office of Air and Radiation (OAR), Office of Atmospheric Programs (OAP), Climate Protection Division (CPD) is soliciting for technical support as it seeks to market its various energy-efficiency offerings to the commercial and industrial marketplace. The Contractor will assist in developing recommendations for strategic marketing of the ENERGY STAR Buildings Program as well as various ENERGY STAR products and services. The Contractor shall provide a full complement of marketing and outreach support services in the following areas: marketing research, marketing strategy development support, marketing materials development, media plan development and event planning and logistics. EPA anticipates awarding one cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for this requirement. The period of performance of this contract will be three years (a one-year base period and two, one-year option periods).
