This notice corrects the announcement to remove the 100% small business set-aside requirement and replace it with the following information: This solicitation will be competed under full and open competition. Small business subcontracting plans, pursuant to FAR 52.219-9, are required to be included with submitted proposals. Plans must include a percentage goal of not less than 25% of total planned subcontracting to small business concerns, HUBZone small businesses, small disadvantaged business concerns and woman-owned small business concerns. To help identify potential subcontractors, a list of organizations requesting the RFP will be attached to the RFP. The list will contain only those organizations known prior to the issuance of the solicitation. When requesting a copy of the solicitation, all organizations are encouraged to indicate whether they are a small business, HUBZone small business, small disadvantaged business or woman-owned small business so that their status may be indicated on the list.
