NOTICE TO INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT Notice of intent to award a sole source contract to World Federation for Environment and Development to provide technical support and assistance on policy related matters concerning the implementation of aspects of Title II of the National Parks Omnibus Management Act of 1998. This is an extension to a contract awarded by the Yellowstone National Park and the award of another contract would result in substantial duplication of costs and delay in time. Only one source is responsible and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
