The complete meeting package will include the following: 1) Deluxe guest room accommodations; 2) Three meals per day (meals must be within the government established per diem rate); 3) Conference rooms set to specifications: 4) Conference Planning Manager; 5) Standard audio-visual equipment (i.e. VCR, monitor, 35mm slide projector, overhead projector, flip chart w/markers, white board w/markers, podium w/microphone); 6) Break-out rooms (four rooms with a capacity for 20 people each room; one large room that would hold at least 140 people at any given time). The off-site facility must be inside a ten mile proximity to Dulles International Airport and must provide a complete meeting package (as stated above)for the specified time frame of February 28, 2000 through March 2, 2000.
