Work consists of furnishing all parts, labor, materials, equipment, supplies, services and supervision necessary to Add/Alter -- Fire Station Addition, Building 460, at Scott AFB IL 62225-5015. The principal items of work shall include, but are not limited to, the following: provide new Training NCO's Office, provide new Assistant Chief's Office, provide new Storage Room, provide new Disinfecting Room, provide new Clean Room, provide new SPIRO Maintenance and Repair, provide new Mechanical Room. All work required by the plans and specifications shall be accomplished by the contractor even though minor items required may not be specifically mentioned in the above listing. This is a Request for Proposal (RFP), Price Performance Trade-Off (PPTO) solicitation. There will be no public bid opening. Award will be made based upon the "Best Value" to the Government in accordance with FAR 15. The government reserves the right to award a contract to other than the low offeror. The Magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. The proposed contract herein is unrestricted. The closing date and time for submission of offers will be contained in the solicitation package. The solicitation package will be posted on Electronic Posting System (EPS) which can be accessed at www.eps.gov/. The Government will not provide paper copies of the solicitation and planholder list.
