New plumbing fixtures shall be installed including a water closet, lavatory, and shower in Building M-1, at the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Kittery, Maine. The SIC code for this procurement is 1542 with a size standard of $17,000,000. The estimated cost range is between $100,000 and $250,000. The period of performance is 120 calendar days. This acquisition is being conducted using full and open competition and is therefore subject to Federal Acquisition Regulation clause 52.219-4, "Notice of Price Evaluation Preference for HUBZone Small Business Concerns."
