(THIS IS A CORRECTION TO SUBMISSION NO. 420772 TO ADD THE NUMBERED NOTE(S) The Department of the Navy, Naval Air Systems Command, intends to contract with Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation (SAC), a division of United Technologies, for fiscal year (FY) 2001 Special Progressive Aircraft Rework (SPAR) and other depot-level maintenance and support services associated with the VH-3D and VH-60N Executive Transport Helicopters. SAC is the designer, developer and sole manufacturer of the VH-3D and VH-60N aircraft and the only known source possessing the knowledge, experience and technical data necessary to performance of this effort within the requisite timeframe.
