The Television-Audio support Activity intends to procure one each converter, motion vector TV standards converter, noise reducer, and aspect ratio converter. Compatible with TV standards: PAL, PAL-M, PAL-N, SECAM, NTSC, and NTSC 4.43. Selection of television standards may be automatic or manual. Motion compensation by motion vector interpolation. BNC connector. Comes with standard 19-in rack mounts integrated with chassis. Should not exceed four RU high. Power requirements are 100-240V AC 50/60HZ. Commercial manuals are included. The connectors shall be delivered FOB destination 90 days after receipt of order to T-ASA, McClellan AFB CA 95652-1621. This procurement is not setaside for small business participation. The brand named items have been identified as meeting or exceeding the Governments minimum requirements, but are not established as standards upon which other offered brand named items will be evaluated. If the offeror is proposing other manufacturers or part numbers, the offeror shall identify the manufacturer and part number. The offeror shall also provide complete technical data, keyed to the listing. It is the offeror's responsibility to provide sufficient technical data to allow the Government to determine if the proposed substitution meets the Governments needs.
