65 -- MAINTENANCE OF IMAGE SHARE COMPUTER RADIOGRAPHIC QUALITY CONTROL SYSTEMS SOL N00189-RR-T-0267 DUE 022800 POC Marchetta Smith, Contract Specialist, (757) 443-1445 or Marlene Chambley, Contracting Officer, (757) 443-1362 The Government intends to negotiate a firm fixed contract with DeJarnett, 401 Washington Avenue, suite 1010, Towson, MD 21204.for service and maintenance of seven (7) Image Share Computer Radiographic Quality control Stations as required by the Radiology Department, Naval Medical Center, Portsmouth, Virginia. Service/ maintenance of Government owned equipment shall include 24 hours seven days a week phone remote services, software updates to included on-site services when all methods have been exhausted. Service/maintenance shall include all systems, subsystem components, and assemblies that were apart of the original system. The following part numbers and stock numbers applies to this procurement action: (1) P/NDRSSVC-S18-0017; S/N CR2100-0321-0966 (2); P/N DRSSVC-S18-0017, S/N CR2100-0321-0970; (3) P/NDRSSVC-S18-0017, S/N CR2100-0321-0981; (4) P/N DRSSVS-S18-0017, S/N CR2100-0321-0980; (5) P/N DRSSVC-S18-0017, S/N CR2100-321-0979; (6) P/N DRSSVC-S18-0017, S/N CR2100-0321-0978; and, (7) P/N DRSSVC-S18-0017, S/N CR2100-0321-1073. The resulting contract will be from the date of award to 30 September 2000 with priced option provisions to extend the term for four one-year options in addition to the provisions of FAR 217-8 "Option to Extend Services.
